sony's new 4K Ultra HD Video Player
when you think they cant do any better, Sony has come up with another “
must-have”, unveiling the 4k Ultra HD Video Player, loaded with some
entertaining 4k content, including both full length Hollywood features
and a gallery of videos.Critics
often argue that 4k ultra-HD televisions lacks good quality content to
pair up with the HD displays. No doubt that the television set can
display 4k movies at superior quality, however, users cannot exploit
that feature unless they have a wide range of choices and access to 4k
content. In an effort to counter this critique, Sony has fortified the
4k Ultra HD Video Player with another component, its XBR-84X900 4k TV.The
player will also have a server exclusively on no-additional cost on
lease which comes preloaded with 10 full-length feature films like The
Amazing Spiderman, Bad Teacher, Battle Los Angeles, That’s My Boy, The
Karate Kid and The Bridge on the River Kwai. If you get bored with the
movies, there are always other alternatives like sports clips to enjoy. This
is the first time home viewers will be able to experience 4K video of
this caliber at home. For Customers who feel they are left with a
humongous, expensive, super-high-definition TV with nothing to watch,
Sony says that its “solution” will be updated once every while with more
content. This is a significant step forward for what many see as the
future of television.

Which Windows Phone 8 device is better? Nokia Lumia 920 or HTC 8X
Both phones also have built-in NFC chips. These allow near-field
communications, which means "this phone can do things when you tap it
against another gadget." The promise is that you'll be able to tap on a
cash-register terminal to pay for something; tap against an NFC-enabled
bus shelter ad to download promotional goodies; tap two phones together
to transfer a photo or address; and tap against a Bluetooth speaker to
"pair" it with the phone. In practice, there's more to it than
that. Unfortunately, the tap only introduces the phones; Bluetooth or
some other technology is needed to complete the connection. And
Microsoft's coming tap-to-pay initiative is incompatible with the one
Google has spent millions of dollars setting up at cash registers across
the land. But we can always hope. The HTC Windows Phone 8X is the smaller of the two new phones, but even
so, it dwarfs the iPhone - it's wider, taller, heavier and thicker. If
you get the Verizon model, your Internet experience will be faster and
better in more cities than on the Nokia phone, which is available only
on AT&T.The 920 also wins as a GPS unit. The Maps app in all Windows phones
comes from Nokia (which owns Navteq, one of the Big Two in map data).
And it is really good. It shows traffic, aerial photography, public
transportation, the works. And it has none of the problems that plague
Apple's Maps app. It even lets you download map data to your phone, so
you can search and navigate when you're offline or don't want to rack up
astronomical roaming fees.so compare to both are nice but you should decide which one comfortale your pocket??

Facebook Welcomes Newbies
Facebook's latest privacy upgrade is more
educational than functional, but it's a good step, said Internet
marketing expert Brian Carter. "It's good to educate users how Facebook
privacy features work. I think there is a generational subset Facebook
will always have trouble with -- some of those who grew up without
computers find many interface features confusing," Carter noted.
Facebook has rolled out a
new round of security features intended to better educate new users
about what information they can keep private and how.
Now, when a new user signs up for the site, they will have the option
to go on an online privacy tour to get information on the site's
privacy policies. It will include descriptions of how third-party
applications and games access user data and suggestions on how to keep
certain information as private as possible. The tour also features information on tagging people or things in
photos, including the notice that if someone tags you, you will be
notified, and vice versa. The updated features also allow Facebook users to select an audience
for personal data including a user's school or employer. Existing users
will be able to adjust these settings by choosing "update info" on their
profile pages, and new users will receive a prompt to choose their
settings during the sign-up process. The update started rolling out
Friday.
Facebook did not respond to our request for further details.
