Videocon has launched its first Android tablet,
the VT10, which is up for sale in India for the sum of 11,200 Indian
Rupees (INR).indows 8 or Windows RT-loaded slates sell for even more than that, some at over $1,000 / 1,000 Euro.Sure, Videocon compromised and used less powerful hardware, but the
components are still good enough to run the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
operating system smoothly.First off we should mention the
dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. 1
GB of RAM backs the chip up (random access memory). The
integrated storage capacity is of only 8 GB. Flash storage is greatly
responsible for the high price of tablets in general, and smartphones
too for that matter, so it makes sense that a budget tablet wouldn't use
16 GB or 32 GB, or more.Naturally, a microSD memory card will allow for extra capacity to be added (a maximum of 32 GB).As for everything else, Videocon decided on a 2 megapixel rear camera,
an identical camera on the front, Wi-Fi, 3G dongle support and a 6,800
mAh battery. Finally, the 10.1-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen
display has a native resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Orders can be
placed through Snapdeal and Homeshop18. The product ships with a charging adaptor, headset, battery, HDMI cable, OTG cable, the user manual and a warranty card.

Tune your pc with TuneUp Utilities 2013
TuneUp Utilities introduces two new tools in this year's launch that is TuneUp Disk Cleaner and TuneUp Browser Cleaner. The former removes left over bits when packages do not cleanly uninstall; the latter removes browser activity from the likes of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and 22 different browsers.TuneUp Uilities 2013 is more than a fundamental PC clear up application. It also accommodates many different capabilities including file backup and recovery, file deletion, Windows customization, and more. A few of the features duplicate native Home windows perform, but it's handy to have them in one central location.Clicking Start 1-Click on Upkeep launches the system cleaner, which
scanned my test mattress and displayed quite a few of registry issues,
damaged shortcuts, and different PC problems. Clicking the "Present
Particulars" beneath every downside count took me to a brand new screen
that described issues in everyday language. Clicking the Start 1-Click
Maintenance button cleaned up the mess, eliminating all of the
previously listed problems.Start Center has a largely blue-and-white tabbed interface that
highlights 5 sections: Status & Recommendations, Optimize System,
Clean Up Pc, Repair Problems, and Customise Windows. Every tab has a
number of helpful, clearly-defined capabilities which are
straightforward for the layperson to understand. The Standing &
Suggestions tab, which is the app's default display screen, displays the
number of problems found under the Repair Issues sub-heading and the

Optimize Your Photos for Facebook Timeline
optimizing your photos prior to posting them on Facebook
can give a more pleasing result than non-optimized photos. There are a
few simple steps that can be followed to achieve more sharpness and
detail than non-optimized photos on Facebook, which now supports viewing
images which are 960 pixels wide to its full extend. Step 1- Open
the image to be uploaded, in Adobe Photoshop latest version and resize
the photo to make the longest side 960 pixels wide. ‘Bicubic Sharper’
option can be used to re sample the image in order to get the best
possible sharpness for your image while resizing it.Step 2-If
needed, the photo can be subjected to further sharpening by using a
filter option- ‘Unsharp Mask’. If there are various layers to the image,
the image has to be flattened. Creating a new top layer
(Shift+Alt+E+Cmd) with the flattened image also works well. The setting
of the filter with Radius 0.2 and Threshold at 0 level works perfectly.Step 3-This
optimized image has to be saved next, preferably in such a way to get
maximum quality with small file size. Saving under ‘Save-For-Web’
(Alt+Ctrl+Shift+S) is a good option which makes it ideal for online
viewing by saving it at 72dpi. It is recommended to set 100% for jpeg
setting and 100 for ‘Quality’ as opposed to ’60-80’ recommended by
Photoshop, since 100 gives a better image than ’60-80’ when posted, due
to Facebook downgrading your images.

Big Fight Between 10 Inch Tablets Begins - Google Nexus 10 vs Apple iPad 4
Strategy Analytics group claims that Android market share has
increased from 29.1% market share in Q3 2011 to 41.3% in the same period
2012.At the same time, when it comes to the market share of
Apple iPad in the same time period, it has fallen from 64.5% to 56.7%
despite of shipping 26% more tablets. The main reason for the
increase in the Android tablet market share is due to the launch of
Google Nexus 7, Amazon Kindle Fire and a slew of other products by
different manufacturers across the globe. Moreover, adding to this Google has launched the Samsung made Nexus 10 in October and hence, Android market share could face more uphills in Q4 as well. However, to offer a stiff competition to Android tablets, Apple has come up with two iOS 6 based tablets - iPad Mini and iPad 4 with Retina Display in order to capture the 7 inch and 10 inch market share. Both Nexus 10 and iPad 4 are high-end tablets with advanced features
and specs. Moreover, they are loaded with different operating systems
and hence, they will offer distinguished user experience. However,
if the concern is on a slightly larger display, faster processor,
better front camera and NFC connectivity, Nexus 10 is a right choice. On the other hand, if increased internal storage options, better battery backup and iSight camera performance are the main concern, iPad 4 could be the better option.
