Sony to Launch PlayStation Mobile

Sony is all set to introduce its PlayStation Mobile for users of selected Android devices. For those who do not know, PlayStation is currently aiming to link up with a new gaming platform aimed at mobile devices called PlayStation Mobile
The launch of the device will also witness the release of approximately 30 new PlayStation resembling titles for Android users. The device users will be provided with a PSN ID, similar to that of PlayStation Games in PC. Further, the users will also have to download games from Sony’s PlayStation Store.
Sony has kept in place strict regulations for using their PlayStation services. Most important among is that it is available only to android devices having Sony’s PlayStation Certified License Program. This makes the PlayStation Mobile applicable for most of users having Sony’s mobile brands.
Other list of Android devices currently certified by Sony’s PlayStation Certified License Program includes HTC One smartphones lineup including HTC One X and HTC One V etc. Recently smartphone brands such as WikiPad and Asus have also signed up with Sony for PlayStation Mobile which they expect has the ability to attract a huge base of users from the gaming community. Asus Transformer Pad is most likely to be the one to receive it first.
